3 Cucumbers (1250 G)
60 G OLIVE OIL
170 G SKIMMED YOGHURT If you want you can substitute with double cream
THE JUICE OF 1 LEMON
1 GARLIC CLOVE
Half BUNCH OF MINT
SALT / PEPPER TO TASTE
Peel, cut into two and scoop out the seeds of the three cucumbers. Cut into large chunks and place in the bowl of your mixer. Peel and chop the garlic and shallots. Chop the mint. Add to the mixer the olive oil, youghurt, lemon juice, garlic, shallots and mint.
Seasan with pepper and salt to taste.
Mix until desired consistency and place in the fridge at least an hour before serving.

1 DOSE OF COINTREAU
2 DOSES OF TEQUILLAS
3 DOSES OF FRESH LEMON JUICE
(Please no juice concentrate, it will all the smooth flavors of the drink.
LOTS OF ICE CUBES OR CRUSHED
In a blender put all ingredients in the chronological order.
Indeed according to my cocktail book recipes, the New Yorker bartender insists you add the strongest alcohols first.
Add ice cubes or crushed. Mix well and serve immediately.
If you do not have a strong blender may I suggest to add the ice gradually.
I did not add the picture to show you how to add salt on the edge of the glass just pass a lemon on the rim of the glass.
In a plate put salt and place the lemon side glass.
Drink with moderation of course!
